  • Give your boat exposure through Boat Builder’s, Co-broker’s, and Boat Designer’s websites
  • Provide additional web presence on social media including Youtube, Facebook and Instagram
  • Perform a market analysis of current selling strategies for similar boats
  • Generate a report of recently sold boats comparable to yours, including any pricing changes and number of days on the market
  • Work with accredited vessel surveyors for condition surveys
  • Utilize targeted, co-sponsored print advertising
  • Generate a photo and video portfolio including a 3D virtual tour

PURCHASING

When you purchase your boat through MYB we will:
  • Identify the best boat design to match your specific boating needs
  • Search the market for available boats to choose from
  • Perform a market value analysis for a purchasing strategy
  • Perform pre-inspections and oversee purchase surveys
  • Negotiate the conditions for a purchase and sale agreement
  • Utilize contract documents which are annually reviewed by a maritime attorney
  • Handle the financial transactions required for the purchase
